I hope you had a nice winter and you used the time to keep all your certifications up to date through our Training Center. This time of year is traditionally when work ramps up again for our members. We are cautiously optimistic that this spring will prove to be busy, but we are apprehensive about potential funding reductions due to the cut in federal transportation money under this new administration. Local 4 has been through unfriendly administrations in the past, and we will work our way through it, as we always do.
