As we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we are reminded of his unwavering commitment to justice, equality, and the power of collective action. Dr. King fought not only for civil rights but for economic fairness, workers’ dignity, and a future where all people could thrive.
Local 4 will follow in his footsteps – we will stand together to ensure that every worker’s voice is heard, that fair wages and safe working conditions are upheld, and that our Union is accessible to all.
Today, let us remember that the fight for equality and equity is ongoing, and that by following in Dr. King’s footsteps we can continue to make improvements.
